I am Enrique Dominguez. I spent seventeen years inside a B2B business, from the warehouse floor up to leading the company. Ampezy is what I wish had existed back then.
The money leaves the company. The visibility disappears. The employee feels nothing. The merchant who could have benefited — small or giant — never even knew the campaign existed. Finance, HR, the Sales Manager, the employee, and the merchant all lose in that gap.
After seventeen years watching the gap from every angle, I do not believe rewards have to work this way. I believe everyone in the chain deserves better.
Finance deserves one Ampezy invoice instead of hundreds of monthly receipts. HR and the Sales Manager deserve one tool that motivates the field — HR designs the policy and KPIs, the Sales Manager runs the day-to-day, both watch adoption metrics in the same dashboard. Recognition should not require a six-figure HR tech contract.
An employee who earns a recognition deserves real decision power over how to enjoy it. They should be able to spend it at the places they love, not at a list of partners chosen by someone in a corporate office.
Every merchant, small or giant, should be able to accept corporate spend on terms equal or better than the major credit card networks. 2% commission vs 2.5-3.5% cards. Daily T+2 settlement vs 2-5 business days. No hardware, no monthly fee, no closed-network exclusivity. Small businesses get the same open door the chains do.
Parents deserve a simple way to incentivize good behavior in their kids, and the peace of mind of knowing exactly where the money goes. Allowance should be a teaching tool, not a guessing game.
Finance, HR, employees, merchants, and families all deserve a verified network. One where every actor is who they say they are, and where security is the design, not the patch.

Enrique has 17 years across sales, operations, brand creation, international sourcing, and finance in the Dominican Republic.
He started in the warehouse of a B2B distribution business, built account acquisition strategies from scratch, and worked every role up to leading the company. He knows what drives performance at every level of an organization.
He holds a degree in Accounting, a Master's in Finance, and is a certified full-stack developer. Born in New York, based in Santo Domingo.
